Res. Asst. Prof. Wenhao Liang is with The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and serves as a Research Assistant Professor. His research focuses on secondary battery electrode materials, inorganic semiconductor optoelectronic materials, and related devices. He has published more than 20 research papers as the first or corresponding author in prestigious journals, including Matter, Angewandte Chemie International Edition, Advanced Materials, Advanced Functional Materials, and Nano Letters. He has also filed four national invention patents, with two patents granted.

Assoc. Prof. Guoqiang Liu is with the School of Energy and Power Engineering, Xi’an Jiaotong University, and serves as the Deputy Secretary-General of the Secretariat of the Light Commercial Refrigeration Industry Committee of the Chinese Association of Refrigeration. His research interests include refrigeration systems, flexible sealing technologies and coupled heat and moisture transfer for aerospace applications, as well as the fundamental theories of refrigeration thermophysical processes. He has led more than 10 research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), key laboratory open funds, and industry - university collaborative research programs. Assoc. Prof. Liu has published over 45 academic papers as the first or corresponding author, including more than 30 SCI-indexed journal articles. As the first inventor, he has filed more than 20 patents, with more than 10 granted. His research achievements have been recognized with several prestigious awards, including the Second Prize of the 2025 China Energy Conservation Association Science and Technology Progress Award (Carbon Neutrality Category) (ranked first) and the Second Prize of the 2025 China Environmental Protection Federation Science and Technology Progress Award (ranked second).
