Questions
Q1: As the Executive Editor-in-Chief of Intelligence & Robotics, could you share your vision for the journal over the coming years? Also, as this year marks the 10th anniversary of OAE Publishing, do you have any message you would like to convey to the researchers, readers, and collaborators who have supported the journal?
Q2: We know that your research spans areas such as machine learning, the Internet of Things, and Connected Autonomous Vehicles. From your perspective, how do you see these fields evolving over the next few years, and which interdisciplinary directions do you think are most likely to drive disruptive innovations?
Q3: Looking at the future of IoT, what do you see as the next frontier in intelligent, connected systems?
Q4: What role do you see machine learning playing in the optimization of Connected Autonomous Vehicles in terms of efficiency and safety?
Prof. Lei Lei
Prof. Lei Lei is an Associate Professor with the College of Engineering, University of Guelph, Canada. Her research interests include machine learning/deep reinforcement learning, the Internet of Things (IoT) /Internet of Vehicles, connected autonomous vehicles, mobile edge computing, and smart grids.
She serves as the Executive Editor-in-Chief of Intelligence & Robotics, contributing to the development of interdisciplinary exchange in the fields of AI, robotics, and intelligent systems. She is also active in teaching and supervision, guiding students and young researchers in related areas.
